Product Manager (Financial Services) – Full Time W2

Responsibilities:-
This position will be accountable for the successful development of correspondent clearing platform features and broker-dealer onboarding solutions driving a core engineering team’s development work.
Partner with stakeholders, engineers, designers, and the engineering team to put together Business Requirements (BRD) and Product Requirements (PRD) documents for correspondent clearing services and broker-dealer integration platforms.
Following the full product life cycle from conceptualization to launch and ownership of business and technical requirements to build enterprise correspondent clearing and broker-dealer onboarding solutions.
Assist in developing products, features, and road maps by listing out the functionality to be completed for correspondent clearing operations, broker-dealer introductions, and regulatory compliance workflows within a variety of time frames.
Participating in SAFe PI Planning by breaking down the specific business requirement documents and adding functions and technical details of work to be completed for clearing operations and broker-dealer onboarding processes.
Ensure details within Epics / Stories / Tasks are supporting correspondent clearing business requirements and broker-dealer integration needs, documented in Jira/Confluence appropriately.
Work closely with introducing broker-dealers, correspondent clearing partners, and regulatory technology vendors to provide them requirements, regular communication and ensure timely delivery of changes, coordinate testing and change management.
Interfaces with internal and external audiences including IBDs, clearing firms, and regulatory bodies, responding to product-related questions and requests around clearing services and broker-dealer operations.
Design and maintain release notes, create technical content and documentation for correspondent clearing platforms and broker-dealer onboarding processes.
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of correspondent clearing products and broker-dealer relationship management tools.
Qualifications
3-5 years’ experience managing technical program delivery using common (e.g. scrum, agile) management structures, with direct involvement in requirements analysis, documentation, and quality assurance within correspondent clearing or broker-dealer environments.
Experience with launching a correspondent clearing platform or broker-dealer onboarding solution in FinTech 0→1 and scaling 1→N.
A solid understanding of SDLC and modern web-application technologies with specific application to clearing and settlement systems.
Experience working with correspondent clearing operations or introducing broker-dealer relationships in Product Management or Product Ownership capacity.
Deep understanding of correspondent clearing workflows, including: trade processing, settlement, margin requirements, regulatory reporting, and introducing broker-dealer relationship management.
Experience working with regulated clearing applications and broker-dealer compliance requirements (FINRA, SEC, NSCC, DTC).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to interface with broker-dealer executives and clearing operations teams.
Experience working with internal clearing operations teams and external introducing broker-dealer partners.
Demonstrable technical writing experience focused on clearing operations and broker-dealer documentation.
Understanding of margin requirements and risk management for correspondent clearing.
Experience with broker-dealer onboarding, due diligence, and compliance workflows.
